Did you ever feel like a failure? You’re not alone. Even the people we think are great successes, Millionaires, actors, sports figures and religious figures all say something similar, “The thing I struggle with most is the fear that I have failed.”
During her early days of helping those on the streets of Calcutta, Mother Theresa wrote in her journal, “Today, my God, what tortures of loneliness I face. I wonder how long my heart will suffer this. Tears rolled and rolled. Everyone sees my weakness.”
God sees your weakness too, but he doesn’t mock or turn his back on you. In fact, He says “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.”
So what should we do? First, understand that weakness and failure are all part of being human but rather than staying stuck in the failure, reach out to the Creator of this Universe. His power, his success and his strength are all available to you. As the Apostle Paul said,” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.” Live the love.
